We believe that sustainability is a concept that needs to be shared. It must be learned, nurtured and implemented from an early age, and then constantly cultivated throughout adulthood. In our Villages, you will therefore find workshops to raise awareness, share knowledge and skills, and teach people to recognise and protect biodiversity.
In order to minimise the environmental impact of our sites, we create settings where hospitality can thrive without the mobile homes irreversibly altering their surroundings. We are immersed in nature: it is our life force. We must never lose sight of the need to protect and safeguard the environment we call home. We are therefore working to ensure that all mobile homes in our Villages are equipped with IoT technology for measuring energy consumption.
Local communities are invaluable treasures, and we have long been working to build and strengthen our bonds. We want to help you understand the true wonders of the land that surrounds us and the remarkable people who live there, opening up the destinations that make Italy unique. These places are our nation's most valuable heritage, and they deserve to be preserved, supported and visited. Our goal is to offer you unique experiences and build authentic connections.
As a result, we are promoting more experiences linked to the local area to help you discover who and what surrounds us. Additionally, all our services are open to local communities to foster a continuous and authentic exchange. We are also seeking out and promoting educational activities with local artisans and associations. Finally, we want you to taste the local delicacies from artisanal producers.
When it comes to waste and energy, all of our efforts – big or small – can make a real difference. As sustainability is one of our core values, our sites have been exclusively supplied with energy from renewable sources supported by Certificates of Guarantee of Origin (GO) since January 2023.
Furthermore, we are working to produce our own energy, thereby further reducing our carbon footprint.
This commitment involves the installation of photovoltaic systems, technological retrofits of mobile homes, consumption measurement via digital twins, and beacon technology to automatically shut down air conditioners.
Additionally, we prioritise responsible waste management and recycling, and ask that you do the same. We offer educational workshops to teach visitors how to recycle, but also how to make a difference.
